You’ll find the newly opened Roundhouses in the stunning hillsides of Northumberland, three luxury glamping pods each with its own unique design and stunning interiors. I was incredibly lucky to be invited to be the first ever guest to stay here and I was just blown away! I got the chance to walk around each pod, named after hill forts from the Bronze and Iron Ages you have Wether Hill (this was where I stayed), Brough Law and Middle Dean.

I love that as a family owned business that has three sisters, each sister designed a pod to give their twist on interiors and colours making each one unique. A real nice touch. Each roundhouse has a calming aesthetic, the glass fronted room overlooking the cheviot hills and countryside you feel immersed in your own little world and truly able to switch off and relax.
Speaking of which…. The outdoor sunken bath tub is a truly wonderful feature! Best believe I filled mine up as soon as I could with bubbles and a glass of wine and a book, and that amazing view its just the stuff of dreams! Super deep too so that warm water covers you entirely and totally private with screens you feel completely chilled.
Each Roundhouse has a small kitchen area, a fridge and coffee machine which the owner stocks with her own coffee brand Coffee and Kin! With treats left in the fridge all I had to do was sit back and relax and enjoy my time. Each stay comes with access to the nearby Bosk, which the family also own. I enjoyed a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi session with a swim in the pool to truly get into the relaxing state of mind before heading back for my bath experience and treats.
There is also a shower and toilet in the bathroom adjoining the main living area if outdoor baths aren’t your thing (although I cant imagine anyone not enjoying this!).
I can imagine each season brings its own stunning take on the landscape here its truly an escape whatever the time of year and somewhere I personally cant wait to return to. I absolutely love a stay that’s a bit different to the norm and the circular pod and unreal views ticked all my boxes.
